Lake Oswego Hunt is thrilled to announce that we have hired Siegfried Wutte, to lead us as we bring top quality Dressage to Lake Oswego Hunt.
Siegfried is a highly credentialed rider and instructor originally hailing from Austria, he obtained his FN- Bereiter (Equestrian Federation Nationale di Autriche, 1984). During this period Siegfried apprenticed under FN Reitmeister Ludwig Hoffman, who is the current Chief Examiner for Austrian Dressage Judges, in Graz , Austria. After receiving his FN Bereiter Degree, Siegfried worked and trained horses for the former Head Riders of the Spanish Riding School including: Georg Wahl (trainer of Christine Stückelberger), and Ernst Bachinger who is the current chief of the Spanish Riding School.
Here in North America, Siegfried worked for a number of years for the Crooks family, at the Evergreen Equestrian Center, where he ran a successful dressage program and helped Mike and Jennifer Crooks develop their International Grand Prix horses.
Siegfried and his wife Dr. Paula Wutte, currently live on their organic farm, along with their teenage daughter and son. Additionally Siegfried is also a USA, "C" certified soccer coach.
