Historic Preservation
The Historic Preservation Committee was form in early 2005 for the express purpose of identifying, protecting and restoring key historical elements of the Lake Oswego Hunt. It was also formed to act as an advisory resource to Sheriffa Wright (University of Oregon
graduate student) who is helping to formulate the Stabilization and Preservation Plan for the Lake Oswego Hunt, an important first part to the much larger master plan for preservation-related projects.
Sheriffa's final report, "The 20th Century Hunt Club: A Study of a West Coast Example at Lake Oswego, Oregon", is an informative study forming the cornerstone piece of LOH's Historic Preservation Plan.
